Players seek to build the most intriguing society as they take actions with leaders around the city to elevate their society's power.  Fundraise, acquire relics, reveal new secrets and ultimately ascend your society's power.  Each turn, leaders redistribute pawns throughout the city and your society as they move, mancala-style, across intersecting rondels - changing the available actions and their strengths for your opponents. Once one society ascends to Level V, players total up their intrigue to see whose society emerged victorious
